The 500,000-square-foot open-air destination wanted to help bolster attention for their shopping, chef-driven dining, upscale accommodations, community-inspired events and welcoming gathering spaces. They felt their last firm was lacking in a hands-on approach to both PR and social media, and wanted a team more committed to one-on-one relationships with their various tenants.

  • Tripled Mount Pleasant Towne Centre’s Instagram impressions in the first year of work (12k to 36k)

  • Over 191 local and regional press hits in a nine-month span of work, totaling over 61 million media impressions
